Bomb Found Attached to Spain's Ruling Party Politician's Car.

Police in Spain's Basque region intentionally blew up a local politician's car after a bomb was found attached to its underside in Durango, Bizkaia, on Wednesday morning. The car belonged to Agustin Ramos Vallejo, 56, a city councillor for Spain's right-wing Popular Party in the Abadiņo district. Ramos' bodyguard discovered a suspicious package attached to the underside of the car, and police carried out a controlled explosion using a robot. This is the latest attack blamed on ETA.
